Monthly Plan Availability
There are four common reasons that explain why you may not see the Setup Monthly Plan option available for your bill on grpayit:
- A partial payment has already been made toward the bill
- The quarterly water/sewer bill is already past the due date
- The bill was already on a Monthly Plan which was cancelled because of a failed payment
- The bill is currently on a Monthly Plan set up through grpayit under a different customer email address
A partial payment has already been made toward the bill.
If a payment has already been made toward the current water/sewer bill, the Monthly Plan option will not be available. This applies to partial payments made toward the bill, or if the bill has been paid in full.
The quarterly water/sewer bill is already past the due date.
If the due date for your quarterly water/sewer bill has already passed, the Monthly Plan option for automated payments is not available. Partial payments can be made toward the balance, or the balance may be paid in full online.
The bill was already on a Monthly Plan which was cancelled because of a failed payment.
Automatic scheduled Monthly Plan payments will be cancelled if the stored Payment Method expires or is deleted from your grpayit Profile. Future automated Monthly Plan payments will be cancelled if the first or second automated payment is unsuccessful (e.g. insufficient funds, expired credit card).
The bill is currently on a Monthly Plan set up through grpayit under a different customer email address.
If a Monthly Plan already exists for a quarterly water/sewer bill under a different customer email, the grpayit conversation will display the message, "Please note that this bill is already on a Monthly Plan for another customer."
The full or remaining quarterly bill balance may still be paid in full at any time under any customer by clicking Pay in Full.
