Unenroll from AutoPay on grpayit

No longer want to have your utility bills paid automatically on grpayit? No problem! 

Follow the steps below to cancel AutoPay:

1. Click Explore Service in the "Water & Sewer Services" section

2. Select Manage AutoPay

3. Select Unenroll Account

4. Click Yes

Note: If you have multiple accounts enrolled, you will first be prompted to select the account you wish to unenroll and then click Submit.

 Your account is now unenrolled and manual payments will need to be made going forward.
