Unenroll from eBilling on grpayit

If you want to stop receiving bills via email from grpayit and receive them in the mail instead, follow the directions below to unenroll your account(s) from eBilling:

Note: Turning off eBilling will not affect the water account ownership status or any balance due. All future bills will still be owed for water service, and will be delivered in the mail. 

1. Click Explore Service in the "Water & Sewer Services" section

2. In the "Your Accounts" section, select the account you wish to unenroll

3. Select Unroll from eBilling

4. Click Accept

You can repeat the same steps above for any additional water accounts you want to unenroll from eBilling.
