Remove a Utility Account on grpayit

Utility accounts linked to your profile will be shown on your dashboard. If you want to remove an account from your grpayit profile, follow the steps below: 

1. Click Explore Service in the "Water & Sewer Services" section

2. In the "Your Accounts" section, select the account you wish to remove

3. Click Remove Account

4. Confirm you want to remove the account by clicking Accept

Your utility account is now unlinked from your grpayit profile. You will no longer receive email notifications or bill reminders for this property. If you need to close your water account, please also contact the GR 311 team by calling (616) 456-3000 or emailing grtreasurer@grcity.us.
