Remove a Trash Account on grpayit

You will see any trash account you have linked to your profile on your dashboard. If you no longer want to receive email notifications or want to remove it from your grpayit profile, follow the steps below:

Note:  Removing an account from your grpayit profile will not stop service on the account. If you need to close your account, please also contact the GR 311 team by calling (616) 456-3000 or emailing grtreasurer@grcity.us.

1. Sign in and click Explore Service in the "Trash Services" section

2. Select the trash account you wish to remove

3. Click Yes, remove this account
