Unenroll a Community Development Loan Account from AutoPay on grpayit

No longer want to have your loan bills paid automatically on grpayit? No problem! Follow the steps below to unenroll from AutoPay:

1. Click Explore Service under "Community Development Loans" 

Note: Any updates to enrollment will need to be made under the registered user's grpayit account. For assistance, contact PayIt Support using the "Hi. Need any help?" widget in the bottom right corner of this screen.

2. Select the available loan and click Make Payment or Manage AutoPay

3. Click Cancel AutoPay

4. Click Yes, Cancel to confirm

Your loan account is now unenrolled from AutoPay. You will receive an unenrollment confirmation and manual payments will need to be made going forward.
