Remove a Community Development Loan Account on grpayit

Follow the steps below to remove a loan account from your grpayit profile:

Note: Removing a property from grpayit will not impact the property ownership status or any taxes due, however it will no longer appear on your dashboard at log in. 

1. Log in to your grpayit profile and click Explore Service under "Community Development Loans" 

2. Click Remove Loan
   

3. Click Yes, remove this loan
