Follow the instructions listed below to change the credit/debit card or bank account being used for your automatic water bill payments:
- Sign in with the email that was used to set up AutoPay.
- Click on the WaterBot dashboard.
- Click "Manage AutoPay."
- Select your account in the conversation and click "Submit."
- Choose "My payment method."
- Click the blue arrow for payment method.
- Enter the payment method you want to use for AutoPay and click "Submit."
- Select "Super, thanks" and you have successfully changed your payment method.
