Locating a Parking Ticket on grpayit

Once you have signed into grpayit you can search for your parking ticket by following the steps below: 

 

1. Click Find & Pay Tickets in the "Parking Tickets" section

 

2. Locate your parking ticket by entering the citation number or vehicle plate number

 

3. The results of your search will be displayed. Connect the account to your profile by clicking Yes, that's mine!. If something does not look right, select No, that's not right to search again.

After locating the ticket, you can complete a payment be clicking Pay this ticket (see Paying a Parking Ticket on grpayit).
